Blocked, overflowing or just overdue? We pump out septic tanks across Sydney with our own vacuum trucks and licensed disposal. Same day service on most jobs, no mess left behind.
Same Day Callouts
Call before midday and we will usually have a truck to you the same afternoon.
Licensed Disposal
Every load is tracked and tipped at a licensed EPA facility. Paperwork on request.
Fixed Price Upfront
You get the number before we start. No surprise charges when the job is done.
Full pump out, not a quick skim
Plenty of operators drop a hose in, pull the liquid off the top and call it done. That tank is full again in weeks. We pump the lot, break up and remove the sludge off the bottom, then give you a straight answer on the condition of the tank before we leave.
We handle septic tanks, aerated systems, holding tanks, grease traps, pump wells and pits. Residential, rural blocks, caravan parks, schools, factories and construction sites.
How it works
1. Call or send the form
Tell us the address and roughly what size the tank is. Not sure? A photo does the job.
2. Fixed quote
We come back with a price and a time. Usually within the hour on business days.
3. We pump out
Truck arrives, tank comes clean, site gets left tidy. Most jobs are done inside an hour.
4. Disposed and documented
Waste goes to a licensed facility and you get the docket if you need it for compliance.
Our own trucks, our own crews
Nothing gets subcontracted out. The truck that turns up is ours and the operator on it works for us, so if something is not right you deal with the same people every time.
We run a mix of vacuum tankers so we can get into tight residential driveways as easily as we work on a factory site. Long hose runs are not a problem either, most trucks carry enough line to reach a tank well away from the road.
Common questions
How often should a septic tank be pumped?
For a normal household, every three to five years. Bigger households, older tanks or anything on a commercial site usually need it more often. If you are getting slow drains or a smell in the yard, do not wait for the schedule, give us a call.
How much does it cost?
It depends on tank size, access and how far the truck has to run hose. We give you a fixed price before we book the job in, so you are never guessing.
Do you service my area?
We cover greater Sydney and travel out to the surrounding regions regularly. If you are on the edge of the map, call and ask, we will tell you straight away.
Can you come out after hours?
Yes. Overflows do not keep business hours. Call the number and you will get a person, not a message bank.
